Strong protection against wind-uplift and paving damage for high rise balconies and terraces.
For open steel balconies we offer an innovative solution to support porcelain pavers at height; steel support trays act as both a break through safety layer and fixing layer to ensure pavers don't move from high wind loads. With the use of either non-combustible adhesive or hidden fixing clips preventing the pavers from lifting, you can have a beautiful and safe outside space.
On large terrace areas, using non-combustible aluminium bearers and adjustable support pedestals a connected lattice support structure can be created and fixed or weighted down, with pavers secured to the structure using either non-combustible adhesive or hidden fixing clips.

MESA Adhesive Glue
Non-Combustible Adhesive by MESA is an A2 fire-rated epoxy adhesive. The adhesive holds paving slabs, preventing the uprooting of slabs in the event of very strong winds. MESA Non-Combustible Adhesive comes in 2 parts. These need to be mixed in order to activate. Part 1 and Part 2 should be mixed in a 1:1 ratio. The mixed adhesive should be applied to a maximum thickness of 1mm. Appropriate PPE, including gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection, must be worn.
