Aluminium decking is a lightweight and versatile solution for non-combustible balcony and terrace flooring, with spans up to 1200mm and full surface water collection options available, this Class A2 fire rated (EN13501-1) product has you covered, ensuring compliance to BS 8579. Every profile comes with Qualicoat Seaside standard powder coating, a 30 year structural warranty and 60 year design life for complete peace of mind.

    With a height of just 21 mm and spanning up to 800 mm, Low-Fix Decking offers the ideal solution for balconies requiring minimal build up height. The boards have a hidden fixing channel for direct fixing to steels and can be used to accommodate a 55 mm craning eyelet. Full surface water drainage option also available.

    Patented interlocking boards create a cost effective, imperforate layer to collect and direct water. Hidden fixing channels cover inserts giving either a continuous or traditional gapped deck surface. Comes complete with decorative threshold drain, full boarder drainage system or subsurface drainage. Patented slope creating support brackets direct water to any part of the balcony.
