Shim Joist Brackets provide precise levelling and secure support for support bearers on structural steels with a unique patented solution to save precious installation time.

The brackets, which come in 4 height sizes, are fixed down to steels though 6mm holes in the bracket base and bearers are secured through slotted holes in the bracket sides. To create or take account of a desired surface slope, bearers can be fixed at an angle in the brackets, and saving installation time innovative sloped shims can be sat inside the brackets to achieve various heights across the bearer length, reducing the likelihood of having to adjust and re-screw.

The brackets are engineered from electrophoretically coated steel ensuring strength and achieving EN13501-1 Reaction to Fire rating of A2.
