The balcony soffit edge drainage profile allows for water collected on the balcony soffit to be directed 30mm off the front edge of the balcony in compliance with BS 8579.

The drainage profile simply clips in place on the soffit surface leaving a perfectly screwless finish. Any water collected on the soffit layer will fall onto the profile face and continue off the front edge which can be positioned neatly in line with the balustrade face.

The profile is engineered from T6 6063 aluminium and coated with durable, textured Qualicoat standard powder coating, up to Seaside Level 2.
