Project Breakdown

The 67 Lawrence Road project, encompasses 71 residences, including expansive penthouses that offer unobstructed views of the London skyline. The vison for the complex was to embrace the area's industrial heritage, while delivering modern comforts and stylish, open-plan living environments.

The design integrates industrial, loft-inspired elements such as exposed brickwork, metal-framed windows, and concrete accents. The development is set around a central landscaped courtyard, designed by Livingstone Eyre Associates, promoting a harmonious coexistence of wildlife and residents. Additional amenities include private balconies, terraces, and a range of communal spaces, all crafted with a focus on quality and thoughtful living.

The Solution

EnviroBuild's products were carefully chosen for the residential outdoor spaces covering 725 m2 to align with the project's overarching design principles. The Hyperion Pro-grip Aluminium Decking in Grey/Brown and luxury porcelain in Shore were selected for their ability to harmonise with the complex's modern, industrial-inspired design language while meeting stringent safety and sustainability criteria.
