Project Breakdown

The overall philosophy of the development is to initiate commercial rejuvenation. The project takes a long term view on material quality and build construction that will eventually see it fit into a much larger development.

The Solution

The Gramophone Works, which won the New London Awards 2021 Environmental Prize, is a forward-thinking commercial office building that supports green construction technology. Benefitting from a great quantity of outdoor amenity thanks to spacious terraces covered with Hyperion composite decking.
