Project Breakdown

This multi-phase project see’s no less than 10 high-rise apartment buildings being fitted with building materials that pass updated safety regulations.

The Solution

Our 150 Aqua Channel Aluminium Decking was chosen for this balcony refurb as it is easy to install and has an A-class fire resistance rating. These deck boards are extremely low-slip and feature a passive drainage system that allows for management of water runoff.
