Project Breakdown

The Old Tannery is a new development that introduces contemporary living to the historic city of Ely. The project comprises a collection of 25 state-of-the-art apartments, including one studio, seven one-bedroom, and seventeen two-bedroom units, all spread across four floors. The third-floor apartments feature private terraces with breath-taking views of Ely Cathedral.

Located within walking and cycling distance to a range of amenities, this development is perfectly positioned for easy access to transport links throughout East Anglia. The Solution

To match the high-end nature and ensure low maintenance and longevity of materials, the developers chose EnviroBuild Hyperion composite decking in Silver Birch for the third floor private terraces.
