Low-Fix Aluminium Decking

Low-Fix Aluminium Decking

Low Fix Aluminium Decking is engineered specifically for commercial applications where height restrictions and support spans are critical. This innovative 200mm wide deck board, engineered from T6 6063 aluminium, allows for low-clearance applications with just 21mm height, whilst maintaining a maximum 800mm span between support bearers.

Each board has a hidden fixing channel which can be used to fix directly to steels and is wide enough to accommodate a 55mm eyelet for craning the balcony into position, saving the need to re-install boards at height. In addition the boards can be converted to a surface draining layer with the addition of purpose designed drainage channels between boards, which still allows a single board to be lifted anywhere on the decking surface if required.

The range comes complete with decorative threshold drain, full boarder drainage system or subsurface drainage to suit any build type and direct water to any part of the balcony. The boards are supplied in lengths up to 6m and are coated with durable, slip resistant Qualicoat standard powder coating, up to Seaside Level 2, with the option of any RAL colour.
